Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’re happy with your new Olyve and Rose purchase!

If you have purchased your items from our official website within the last 7 days, please see our return/exchange policy below. It is important that the correct process is followed. To start the return process please send an email to info@olyveandrose.com and let us know which item you want to return. If the item is damaged please include a photo. We will then share instructions on where to send the item. Please pack the items carefully in their original box and include our returns form and secure the outer wrapper.

Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept returns for our earrings, exceptions will only be made for defect or damaged items sent. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footwear(sandals), accessories, clothing and home items must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. We highly recommend when trying on the shoes to stand on a carpeted area in order to protect the soles with unpleasant markings.
  • In order to ensure a timely and secure return we suggest using our own shipping service DHL. If the item is defective, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will be able to offer a full refund for your items or an exchange and reimburse your postage costs if applicable.

We suggest that items are returned to us via our own service in order for the items to be guaranteed. You can return using any secure means but we may not accept liability.
